We are so proud of the powerful performance delivered by our kapa haka group, Ngā Maioha o te Rangikauia on Monday 16 June at Te Whakataetae Kapa Haka Kura Tuarua o Te Whanganui-a-Tara ki Ōtaki 2025.

In our combined performance with St Patrick's College and St Catherine's College, the mana and confidence on stage were a testament to the amazing dedication of every group member over the past five months of practices.

A huge thank you goes to Matua Motown for his unwavering preparation and support. We're also incredibly grateful for the manaakitanga, awhinatanga, me te aroha from all the whānau and kaiako who contributed their mahi, whether it was providing food for the group or helping them look their absolute best. 

Coinciding with Matariki, the performance marked the end of a significant journey for our rangatahi. They will treasure the mauri gained from the experience as they embark on a new year filled with positive beginnings.
