Announcement and Well wishes
Kia ora e te whānau
The School Board would like to take the opportunity to wish you a very happy summer break as we start nearing the end of our school year. For those of you who have finished your exams and are already enjoying your summer break, we hope the weather improves! We would like to wish the Year 13s and their whānau a warm farewell as they leave our school community but welcome them back as the alumni of the school and always part of the sisterhood.
We have an announcement to make with respect to Andrew Murray:
Andrew feels it is time for something new and finishes at the end of the year. His tenure at the kura has been filled with love and significant achievements over the past two years and a term. He would like to thank you all for the aroha and wishes the College the best.
The Board wishes Andrew all the best for his future. We will begin recruitment for a new permanent principal in the new year. The Board would like to thank Vanessa Gray for stepping up into the Acting Principal role unexpectedly from term 2. This arrangement will continue into 2024 for term 1 – thanks to Vanessa and to all the staff who have supported her this year. We hope you all have a great Christmas and spend some quality time with your loved ones. We look forward to welcoming you back for 2024.
