Get Sporty is a newly formed local initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to those families who need genuine help to enable their children to participate in sport.

We believe that money should not be a barrier to children being able to play sport and to them being able to gain all the numerous benefits that go hand-in-hand with participating in sport.

Applications are now being taken for the winter sport season to pay for subs, and are open to any child who is attending a school in the Waimate District.
