Our Chamber Choir earned the Korimako (Silver Medal) after competing against 12 other North Island schools at Cadenza. Cadenza is an exciting competition with the extra dimension of massed workshops, featuring an internationally-recognised choral specialist who also acts as an adjudicator.

The event was held at the Sir Howard Morrison Centre in Rotorua. The choir performed four items:

• A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square by Kirby Shaw

• Ta Na Solbici by Samo Vovk

• Oculi Omnium by C. Wood
