Year 12 students recently embarked on a transformative three-day camp at Tihoi Venture School, under the seasoned leadership of Colonel Rick Dobbie from SAFAR who is a facilitator with Teaspoons of Change. 

Colonel Dobbie has been at the helm of the Leadership Camp for several years, bringing his wealth of experience as a former Australian Army Officer to the forefront. With a rich history of leadership and training roles in the Australian Defence Force (ADF), Colonel Dobbie's expertise extends to guiding and commanding diverse military units. His distinguished career has also seen him take on pivotal training positions, focusing on the personal development and leadership training of naval and military officer cadets as an instructor, guidance officer, and mentor.
