2019 graduates leave their mark

St Paul's Collegiate School —

The leavers’ gift is a long-standing tradition at St Paul’s and acts as a reminder of the student’s time at school. This year's leavers gift was unveiled on the second-to-last day of school.

This year, our Year 13 cohort commissioned Cam Besley, a stainless steel expert from Mainline Sheetmetals, to create an enlarged version of the crossed swords from St Paul’s crest along with the school motto (State in Fide) inscribed underneath.

The sculpture, positioned on a concrete plinth and located in front of the Mary Hornsby Music Centre, will remind all who pass to unite and stand firm in the faith.

At the unveiling Headmaster Grant Lander thanked those students and families who donated towards the gift. “Your leadership has left a legacy and imprint on the school. Thank you to you and your parents for your contribution”.

You can watch the sculpture's unveiling on the St Paul's Facebook page.
