Our Deputy Head Girl Joanna Li (Year 13) represented the country's top Under 19 badminton players in the inaugural Junior New Zealand Badminton League (JNZBL). Due to her outstanding form throughout the tournament, Joanna received the Most Valuable Player award.

To top this off, she also represented Waikato in the Slazenger Cup in Christchurch, where her team won their division and brought the cup back to the Waikato. What a fantastic achievement, Joanna!
