2022 Apollo Projects Division II Swimming Competition

St Paul's Collegiate School —

Last week six St Paul's swimmers travelled to Dunedin to compete in the 2022 Apollo Projects Division II Swimming Competition. Congratulations to the following students on their commendable efforts:

  • Amelie Austin (Year 11) claimed the winner's ribbon in the 100m butterfly, placed third in the 50m breaststroke, and swam five personal best times.
  • Nate Tebbutt (Year 10) gained the winner's ribbon in the 100m individual medley, placed third in the 200m breaststroke, and swam four personal best times.
  • Neo Urlich (Year 10) claimed a second place ribbon in the 50m backstroke and swam personal best times in all his events.
  • Ben Haskell (Year 13) had a best finish of fourth in the 200m individual medley and swam five personal best times.
  • Stephen Miller (Year 9) had a best finish of fifth in the 50m backstroke and swam two personal best times.
  • Matthew Chanwai (Year 12) had best finishes of 10th in both the 100m individual medley and 100m breaststroke and had three personal best times.
