The NZ Crossfit Nationals were held at the Velodrome over 5-6 December. This is NZ’s largest and only national CrossFit competition that brings together the top 256 athletes from around the country to compete and determine who is the fittest in NZ.

Competing this year were Mitchell Clark (year 13), Drake Walther (year 12), Joe Harcourt (year 11), and Mr Ryan McCarthy. These men trained all winter while still participating in their respective sports and achieved the following placings: Mitchell 4th (16-17 yrs), Drake 5th (16-17 yrs), and Joe 6th (14-16yrs) and Mr McCarthy placed 18th in the Men's RX Division.
