Four St Paul's rowers selected for national and regional squads

In addition to the incredible results the St Paul's Rowing Club achieved at the 2022 Aon Maadi Cup, the school is proud to announce that the following students have also been invited to trial for the Rowing New Zealand Junior team: Riley Wills (Year 13), Logan Spencer (Year 13) and Charlize Tutbury (Year 13).

Coxswain George Mackintosh (Year 12) has been invited to trial for the North Island U18 Rowing team to compete against the South Island at the end of April. Congratulations and good luck!

St Paul’s Collegiate School achieves NCEA, Cambridge International and New Zealand Scholarship results that are significantly higher than the national pass rates each year. Results from the 2021 examinations are as follows:

NCEA and University Entrance

  • NCEA Level 1: 97% pass rate (69% national average)
  • NCEA Level 2: 95% pass rate (78% national average)
  • NCEA Level 3: 94% pass rate (70% national average)
  • University Entrance: 86% pass rate (52% national average)

Cambridge International Examinations

  • IGCSE (Year 11): 97%
  • AS (Year 12): 93%
