House Choir competition

The annual house choir was held on Thursday 4 June in the Chapel. This year's theme was songs from New Zealand artists.

Each house can be commended for their effort and enthusiasm in their performances. This year's judge was Jeremy Mayall, CEO of Creative Waikato. The results were announced in assembly on 5 June with the following standings:

7th - Sargood

6th - Williams

5th - Hall

4th - Hamilton

3rd - School

2nd - Fitchett

1st - Clark

It should be noted Clark and Fitchett were only separated by half a point!

A new category was introduced this year - 'Most passionate conductor'. This was awarded to Thomas Dela Rue from Hall House.
