St Paul's Foundation Black Tie Gala Dinner by St Paul's Collegiate School

St Paul's Foundation Gala Dinner

On 7 September, St Paul's held a Gala Dinner at the Atrium with 300 guests from the St Paul's Community.

The aim of the dinner was to bring together the community for a fun and vibrant evening of glamour, good food and entertainment. The evening included an auction to raise money for The Hive, a 15-million-dollar build beginning at the end of the year. This new building will be a home to a new Health Centre, Collegian and Parent Lounge, Counsellor Rooms, Reception and the School Shop. It also includes alterations and refurbishment to the Sargood Boarding house.  Please enjoy the photos of the evening below.

Year 12 Leadership Camp

During the term break, 68 Year 12 students had their annual leadership Camp at Tihoi Venture School. After learning their leadership style through personality tests, the group learned how to work together and reach collective goals. Former Te Kaea prefect James Milroy (Hamilton 2019-2023) shared the history of the school haka, and they also completed the famous Inka Pole race.

Guest Speaker Kevin Biggar shared tips with the students on how to deal with their doubtful thoughts, be the best they can be, work as a team, and deal with setbacks.
