Congratulations to Eli Adlington (Year 13), Cavan Nikau-Rush (Year 13) and Layken Tua (Year 13) for making the New Zealand Maaori U18 Development Camp for rugby. After shining on the field at the regional E Tu Toa camps in April, these players have been selected to be part of the national camp in July.

Congratulations to Thomas Scanlon (Year 13), who competed in the North Island Powerlifting Competition held in Auckland last weekend. Deadlifting 270kg, squatting 210kg, and bench pressing 140kg, Thomas won the under 82 kilogram category, putting him in a comfortable position for Nationals next month. Thomas aims to make the Commonwealth Powerlifting team and represent New Zealand on the world stage.
