2024 Head Girl receives Altrusa Youth Award

The Altrusa Youth Award recognises Year 12 students from across Hamilton high schools who excel in all areas of school life and are role models for their peers. 

Sadie Williams is this year's recipient and was nominated because of the courtesy, attitude and initiative she shows. She has excelled in school life and is a model within the community including helping as a Year 9 Peer Support Leader within the Year 9 Hauora Programme.  

She shows a brilliant attitude and application to her school work and is a conscientious and positive individual. We congratulate Sadie for being this year's awardee. 

Sadie received the award from Mayor Paula Southgate at a ceremony in October. On return to school next year, Sadie takes the role of Head Girl for 2024.
