by St Paul's Collegiate SchoolSt Paul's Colts teams to play each other in finals
For the first time in the history of cricket at St Paul's Collegiate School, two cricket Colts Teams have made the final of the Hamilton Cricket Competition and will play each other. The teams, St Paul's Colts Gold and St Paul's Colts XI, have achieved this sporting highlight by nudging out St Peter's College, St John's College, Hamilton Boy's High School (3 teams), Cambridge High School, and Hillcrest High School.
These young teams are made up of Year 9 and Year 10 students; St Paul's Colts Gold has been undefeated in the competition so far and St Paul's Colts XI had one loss but is through to the final with the narrowest of margins in the batting strike rate.
Thanks to the coaches, managers and parents who have umpired, kept score and supported at training and games. What a way to finish a summer of cricket!
Everyone is welcome to attend.
