Renee Carey (Year 11), has broken the St Paul's 3000m record at the Hamilton City Hawks Running Club on Wednesday 16 February. The record of 11 minutes has been held since 1995, and Renee ran it in a speedy 10.49 minutes. Congratulations Renee!

After the powerful cyclone weekend on Sunday 13 February, the large oak tree that has shadowed the Sargood boarding house, uprooted during the gale. 

There was not any extensive damage to the building, but the subsequent removal of the tree has now allowed us to investigate an outdoor dining area.  Stay tuned. 

The facilities team worked hard in the aftermath to clean up a number of other fallen trees from around campus.
