Congratulations to Thomas Nogaj, who won the International Powerlifting Federation Waikato & Bay of Plenty Secondary Schools Powerlifting Championships for the second year in a row on 18 November.

Melissa Kennel and Macey Costello have been selected for the secondary school netball National Development camps to be held in January 2024.
