On May 17th, Mia Tauti, Mia Wilkins, and Nikayla Vetters competed at the Southland Secondary Schools Swimming Championships held at Splash Palace in Invercargill. The girls had a great day and many personal bests (PBs) were achieved.

Mia Wilkins' Results:

• 6th in the 12-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
• 8th in the 12-year Girls 50m Butterfly
• 10th in the 12-year Girls 50m Backstroke
• 10th in the 12-year Girls 50m Freestyle

Mia Tautis' Results:

• 7th in the 12-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
• 5th in the 12-year Girls 50m Butterfly
• 7th in the 12-year Girls 50m Freestyle
• 9th in the 12-year Girls 50m Backstroke

Nikayla Vetters' Results:

• 9th in the 14-year Girls 50m Backstroke
• 12th in the 14-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
• 9th in the 14-year Girls 50m Butterfly
• 13th in the 14-year Girls 50m Freestyle
