On a chilly Eastern Southland afternoon, St Peter's had 15 year 7 & 8 Cross Country runners competing out at Waimumu in the annual Eastern Southland Primary Schools Cross Country Championships. The top 6 place getters in each age grade go through to compete at the Southland Junior Cross Country Championships to be held next Friday.

All our runners did themselves and the school proud, with some exceptionally keenly contested races and some large winning margins by our runners.
