South Island Championships for Gymnastics
SPC — June 8, 2023
Over the Kings Birthday weekend Both Bronte Mackereth and Heidi Byars competed at the South Island Championships for Artistic Gymnastics.
Both girls did an amazing job representing
both the Invercargill Gymnastics Club and St Peter's College at the event. Bronte earnt
Third place for the Step 6 WAG overs ( Women’s Artistic Gymnastic) in the first
session of the day, quickly followed by Heidi earning Third place in the Step 4
WAG overs in the second session of the day. Both girls performed with great
poise, strength and positivity with their dedication to training showing in the
result they received. Well done to both girls.
