Year 12 Food and Nutrition and Year 12 Hospitality joined forces for a cooking competition this week.
Their brief was to, in small teams, create a dish to be shared and they could only use ingredients that we had in stock that were placed out on the trolley. Teamwork and creativity came to the fore, and we were impressed by the end results presented to the rest of the class.
