Diwali

At the Mataura Community Centre, the Annual Diwali Function unfolded with Shalvi Permal taking the reins as the emcee. The event, dedicated to raising awareness about Diwali, saw acting mayor Keith Hovell gracing the occasion as the chief guest. Shalvi skillfully guided the festivities from the start to finish, concluding the night's celebrations at 11pm.
