Usually when there is a funky fun day lots of schools send teams to participate in friendly games for the same age group. Our kids love funky fun days- it was tragic earlier in the year when we had to cancel funky fun day for Year 1 and 2 because of COVID.

The teachers and I got together to try and beat COVID this time around. Baypark cancelled the funky fun days this term - not because they wanted to but because the delta 2 alert level made it so hard to keep kids away from each other. 

We decided to work with Baypark and see if they would let us bring our Pipis and Kinas for the morning - at the same price as last time. Luckily for us this plan worked and all our Year 0-4 students were able to have a lot of fun in the big stadium - they loved it.
