Today we held an evacuation drill to ensure that our students know what to do if they hear the continuous bell ringing.
The school holds regular evacuation drills throughout the year to ensure that systems work to keep everyone safe in emergency situations.
Today we had visitors who took part- including the PiPs co-ordinator, the Learning Support co-ordinator, parent helpers and relief teachers.
Everyone was out of the buildings, seated on the field and accounted for within ten minutes. Thank goodness is was a lovely day.
From Labour weekend hats and summer uniform will be compulsory. Several parents are already plastering sunblock on their children before they come to school- it's a good practice to get into as our spring turns to summer.
