Who wants to be STM principal when Aquinas College invites you to their prizegiving? Me!

Kath Joblin —

On Wednesday I was the proudest school principal watching our students in Year 7-10 walk across the stage. Three or four names were called out each time including at least one STM name if not two! For the smallest Catholic school in town we make a big impression. What do you hear from everyone who works with our students? 'You can tell the STM kids from the rest cause they have respect. They are a joy to be with.'

Aquinas teachers say our kids are confident, they are inclusive and they are happy to be here. They stand out from the crowd- especially in social justice.

The photo above is Mia receiving the newest award: the Michael Cooney award- Year 9+10 touchstones.

The touchstones of the College are the values which they hold dear : Family, Scholarship, truth, Service, Prayer and Joy.

Our GO4IT tutor says she loves coming to our school because our kids listen, they are respectful and they enjoy themselves.

Congratulations to all the students who have received recognition for their efforts this year: check out our facebook page where you will find the senior and junior prizegiving photos from both Aquinas prizegivings.
