In the weekend Rodellie participated in Martial Arts and she achieved a gold medal - fantastic.

Rodellie competed in Karate, Muay Thai, Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do. Rodellie was placed top of her junior section in freestyle/shadow boxing. 

Rodellie did 71 pushups and this meant she was second in her division. What an achievement.
