Kina team have been creating again- this time with mixed media and poetry.

Kath Joblin —

Have you ever made a silhouette by casting a light behind your head then getting a friend to draw around the shadow? This is one of the science focused experiences our Year 3 students have had this week.

When you look at the photo you will see six silhouettes which contain haikus- Japanese verse which has a specific structure.

It is easy to recognise the shadows without looking at the names just by the carefully sketched facial features. Miss Fielden is going to display the silhouette art from Kina next week- do drop into the gathering space to see their exhibition and to read their descriptive haikus.
