On Thursday evening, STC had a team of Year 11 Science students compete at ARA’s Year 11 Chemistry Competition. The boys had a fun time solving quantitative problems based on chemical tests and logic. Finn Tranter, James Mc Lennan and Tom Shepard donned the STC lab coats and enjoyed the chance to solve some problems as well as take on local students from around Christchurch. The boys are keen to promote this to the Year 11 students in 2019 and increase the STC presence to two teams.
