MCJG - write-up

Form class this year has been as good as previous years. We spent much of the Mentor time eating Pizza and/or on our computers apart from when we were talking to Mr G about our goals and progress. We challenged MCSH to a handball competition in S5 on a couple of occasions and very nearly beat them!

We had a reading from the Bible at our morning meeting times and “Proverbs” was a popular choice selected by whoever was reading on that day. Sometimes Mr G read other bits as well.

Every so often Oscar would “bring a friend to form class” and we would play Snakes and Ladders or Blokus.

We tried to organize events such as going to mega jump, but for one reason or another they never really eventuated.

Sadly this year we say goodbye to our only resident Year 13 Matt Cross and thank him for his wise counsel and for reading the notices each day. MCJG is definitely a laid back (but still entertaining) form class. I’m sure we all look forward to returning for the fresh new year of 2017 with a group of keen Year 13 students to lead us.
