November saw a group of Year 7 and 8 STC students took part in the Canterbury schools triathlon held at Pegasus. The event involved a 100m swim, 10km bike leg and a 2.3km run to finish. 

For some of the boys this was their first attempt at such an event. 

Kalib Clarkson deserves a special mention after finishing 3rd overall, only 10 seconds behind the second placed athlete. 

Well done to all of the boys who demonstrated resilience and determination to complete the course in very warm conditions.
