Stcc 2nd XI report

This year the 2nd XI won four out of seven games beating southwest, Christ college, Ashburton and Shirley Boys High.

All of those wins were team efforts but some individuals had some stand out performances. Like Luke Shallcrass (c) , Got a five wicket bag on our first game and Nicholas Price also got a half century that game.

Also some great partnerships like Max Smail (vc) and Tyler Bruces' won us a game against Ashburton college and also got us close to other victories with their opening partnership.

We would like to thank our coaches Simon and Tony for a great season of cricket and helping us develop and play better as a team. Also for helping us with setting up games and scoring and giving us a helping hand when needed.

Also we would like to thank Mr Benjamin Rapson, Mr Paul McCarthy and Mr Daniel Seelen for giving up their time to help us out with trainings every tuesday and Thursday and developing us into better players.
