Resistant Materials Technology

It was great to be in the workshop this year with the students. CNC standards are now offered at year 13 Tech. This has enabled other classes to explore and experiment with the CNC engraver. Year 11 students made a rustic outdoor table out of Macrocarpa sleepers, which was challenging and enjoyable.

Design and Visual Communications

Students in D.V.C worked diligently through the year producing some outstanding portfolios. Students progression in terms of their visual communication skills as well as their appreciation of the design process was evident across their work. The portfolios this year was targeted at showcasing students’ individual strengths and centered around their passion and future aspirations.
