Facing Your Fears Programme

Paul Burton —

Does your child seem too quiet, shy, cautious and withdrawn? These can be signs of anxiety. While stress and worry are a normal part of life, sometimes anxiety can get out of balance and become problematic. However, anxiety is also something that can be effectively managed. Parents can improve the child's chances by working together with their child in our Facing Your Fears Programme.

The Facing Your Fears programme run by Catholic Social Services runs for six Thursdays from 14 May - 18 June 2020, from 4.00-5.30pm. There is no charge to attend this course.

You can expect a caring, safe environment, respectful and non-judgmental treatment, cultural awareness and complete confidentiality. http://css.nzl.org/
