This week we celebrated Mass as a faith community.

Our guests were from our nearby Catholic schools, the Mission Team who run our retreats, the Edmund Rice Network, the Board of Trustees and many parents, siblings and whanau of the Year 13 Leadership team.

The leaders were presented with their blessed badges and took their pledge as servant leaders.

The Mass was celebrated by Father Michael Therese Scheerger. Michael is from California and has taught, worked and served God all over the world. His homily was an invitation to the students to aim for excellence in life.

It was awesome to hear the boys sing and pray together.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Father Michael, Mrs Lee (College Chaplain) the music team and all those who read prayers. Special thanks to Daniel Fogarty, Year 13 Gospel Spirituality Leader for his direction in how the Mass flowed. He did a great job.
