JOBR 2022

JOBR - November 29, 2022

Some thoughts from members of JOBR 2022:

“We have enjoyed taking part in the mentor group market day by contributing a portion of lollies each to a jar and taking shifts each manning the market stall”

“We enjoyed each other’s company and building relationships”

“It’s only been like a year and half, but I feel like I’ve known these boys my whole life, JOBR is the place to be! We love to share laughs together”.

“I enjoyed the shared breakfast and sitting down with my form class and enjoying time with my form class brothers”.

“I enjoyed making posters to make the logo that represents the form class, and what it means to be us.”

“I liked how I was able to keep a good consistent grade throughout the year, and always putting in

the good mahi.”

Its always a sad time of year as we farewell our year 13s. This year we have four men finishing with us: Jack Collingwood, Mathan Merekula, Dominic Cleall and Will Moore. All four of these young men have made huge contributions to JOBR and the school over their time with us. They all have been involved with the wider community at STC throughout their time at the college and helped shape the culture of the mentor group and the college on a whole. They leave a lasting legacy and have laid down the challenge for those that follow to improve on what they have achieved. We wish them all the best for their futures and the endeavors they are pursuing.

A big thumbs up from JOBR 2022
