Science Department 2020

Science has continued to have a busy time despite the restrictions that this year brought.

We started the year with the Physics tournament for our yr 13 students it was our first go and we came 4th out of all the national schools. Luke Comyns who is in year 13 studying physics was our tournament captain.

Year 8 STEM Trip

Term 3 saw year7/8 Stem take a trip to Orana Park at the end of July, looking at animal adaptations.

It was a really good day out with the boys and we look forward to running the trip again next year!!

Year 12 Rutherfords Den and University Trips

The year 12 took a trip to Rutherfords Den. And the university to look at radioactivity and Rutherford.
