A Great Year for MCJR!

This year we welcomed Logan Powell (yr 7) Twonoel Ronquillo (yr 9) Ramsay Sula (yr 9) into our mentor class. With no yr 13’s Rourke Johnson and Jarrod Gali stepped up in leading the younger students in reflections and making the new students feel welcome.

It was good to see everyone participate in house events and special character week. Special character week saw the boys help with making crepes and selling Dr Pepper soft drink. Great to see their cooking and selling skills in action.

The mentor fun day activities were a fun highlight and chance to bond while competing against other classes. Each mentoring the boys have / are developing their confidence in leading prayer and sharing gratitude for people, things and experiences in their lives.
