MCBS - Student Report
2019 was a fairly quiet year for MCBS but that’s not to say that we didn’t have some fun along the way! With Mr Scadden at the helm we enjoyed some quality chats around the gigantic table that mysteriously appeared in B2 and a few shared breakfasts complete with a form-class favourite: Chocolate Milk. We even enjoyed some ‘open-air’ form classes when the weather was nice and/or Mr Scadden forgot his key.
We welcomed many new faces in 2019 from a range of year levels and this added to the diversity of our form class. Some of our yr10/11 students even had the opportunity to travel to Japan for the school rugby trip and we enjoyed hearing their stories and experiences from the Orient. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our yr13 Jed as his journey at STC was cut short earlier than expected, leaving myself and the other yr12s (when they made it to form class on time) as the senior-most students.
We look forward to welcoming some fresh faces to the form class in 2020 and I expect it’ll be another cracker of a year.-
Enjoy :) Cormac Gallagher.
