Networking, Communications and Events Coordinator

About the Role: We are on the hunt for an experienced person who has a passion for communications, networking and enjoys organising events. The ideal person will be a friendly, outgoing and confident communicator who has plenty of drive.

Duties:

· Manage and coordinate all old boys functions

· Analyse and implement strategic partnerships

· Prepare and manage all digital marketing/social media

· Update and maintain old boys database

· Maintain effective internal & external communications

· Help create an old boy network that people want to belong to and value

· Enable the STC history to be shared by all

Skills and Experience:

· Proven communications and/or marketing skills

· Experience with digital marketing, advertising and social media

· Excellent time management, organisation and goal setting

· An excellent communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills

· Ability to work competently on computers

· Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal oversight

· Ability to think proactively and offer innovative solutions
