RED SHIRTS 2022

Gateway Experiences ... customer service and exploring the workforce. STC partnering with Noel Leemings, Countdown and The Warehouse. 

Many of our boys have had the chance to be in the workforce and experience customer service, having a boss and being directed to tasks and taking instruction minus their social media devices. It was great to head out and see our boys muzzled by masks and deeply involved in work-life. 

2022 has been a year that has had many school requests for extra staff and this experience has given our boys real-life experience that has led to some gaining employment as well.
