Year 11/NCEA Level 1: Preparing for Semester 2

Kia ora koutou, Talofa and Warm Greetings,

The end of semester one for our current Year 11 students is fast approaching and here is some key information to take into consideration. Please note that all Year 11 subject teachers have passed on predicted grade information for semester one courses to help inform mentor led conversations and tracking academic progress. If you require further detail around your son’s progress, please contact his mentor teacher or the specific subject teacher.

Key dates:

Week 6 (Monday 29th May) – Students can make changes to semester two courses with approval from appropriate teaching staff and senior leadership. See attached Year 11 Course booklet for semester two information.

Week 7 (June 6th) Class numbers will be finalised for semester two courses.

Week 8 (Monday 12th June) – Semester two begins.
