Our boys - "Out and About" in industry training

Every Thursday and Friday STC Seniors are out in Industry gaining knowledge about their "possible" next steps - into the workforce.

We have around thirty lads involved in engineering and automotive, bakery and hospitality, building and carpentry as well as farming and welding in the farm setting.

NCEA credits are gained using industry standards in every realm. These learners are called "dual-enrolled" students which means School and Industry.

Next time we can spotlight on what they are producing.
