Over the past couple of months, there has been considerable damage caused to the school after hours.

This has resulted in smashed windows, broken ceiling tiles, classroom heaters being switched on, obscenities written on whiteboards, butter smeared around the hall floor, chairs and equipment thrown around classrooms, the list goes on. As you can imagine, dealing with the incidents is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and more importantly, takes us away from our core business of teaching and learning. 

The incidents have been reported to the Community Constable and we are working with our security company to review current procedures. 

However, I know that many of you are around the school grounds after hours and this one needs a community effort! Please can you be vigilant and if you see anything suspicious contact Glenda Peri, Community Constable on 021 191 6730.
