This week was the 2nd time for Stanley Bay students to be confined in their houses with their virtual teachers. It has been amazing for some but for others it has possibly been challenging. Some might say it has been boring but in my opinion it has been really chilled. For Room 10 we have been working on News Reports and creating our own Advertisements. We have demonstrated our own trick shots and it has been jollification for all. Our advertisements were about our delicious home baking. Our News Reports were about something that was of interest to us. And we dressed up and interviewed our family, ourselves and even our pets. It has been 2 weeks of laughter and embarrassment on our zoom calls but still funny and interesting. Especially when Mr R tells his Mr R jokes. I think we are all getting used to it now. Hope you are having a wonderful lockdown but i really hope we will go back to school next week because people are missing friends. Also it will ease the stress off the parents.

For are our online learning this week we were challenged to cook or bake something and make an advert to sell it. In our advert we had to use a combination of language features such as hyperbole, adjectives, quotes and alliteration. Our class came up with some great ideas. My advert was selling cinnamon swirl pancakes!
