On Thursday 27th of July, Ropu Kakano will celebrate the 100th day of school this year.

It's an exciting time for the children and they are counting forwards each day up to 100 and counting down from 100 as well. 

The children will have a pyjama day and participate in lots of fun activities such as doing 100 exercises for fitness, making paper chains in groups of ten and reflecting on our favourite moments of the last 100 days.

Counting to 100 has helped to develop their understanding of place value.
