In the past lots of peoples' home were on mountain Takaranga or known as Mount Victoria. 

Knowing that we were going on an adventure to Takaranga was incredible, the way we were welcomed by Devonport school onto their mountain was awesome. 

This field trip was full of facts and new discoveries for everyone, I loved walking up the mountain in a big group with all my friends it was very factual and fun. 

That day I went without knowing much about Takaranga and then I walked back home knowing loads of new things about my home mountain Takaranga!!!
