The Friends of Stanley Bay School (FOSB) are a group of parents who volunteer their time to run events that build school and community spirit as well as raising vital funds for our school.

We are proud of our fundraising record over the years at Stanley Bay. The school relies on these funds for various areas of school improvement as agreed by the board - including increased teaching resource to enable smaller classes, teacher aides, professional development for the teachers and classroom equipment.

This year the current team is looking for a chair (or possibly two co-chairs). Responsibilities include a monthly meeting hosted at school and working with Lucy and the team to support the delivery of the events already being planned. We know how precious our parents' time is and the team is experienced in sharing the load. This is a great opportunity for a parent new to the school or community to understand more about how the school works, meet other parents and make new friends. Fundraising experience is not necessary.
