Friends of Stanley Bay are supporting Auckland City Mission Angel's appeal again this Christmas.  As part of that, we would like to invite the children to bring a small donation of non-perishable food (eg a tin of food, a bag of pasta) along with them to the disco to go in Santa's sleigh.  In return, they will have the opportunity to throw a sponge at our 'Special Guest'.  Everyone wins!  Except the special Guest - but he has said he doesn't mind!

We need some volunteers to help make it happen.  If you are able to do some baking and/or help out on the night please email Emma Bartlett on ebartleby27@gmail.com or speak to any of the FOSB team, we would love to hear from you!

We are continuing our efforts to make the discos more eco-friendly so we won't be selling plastic water bottles or serving drinks in plastic cups.  Children are welcome to bring their (labelled) water bottles.

Finally, there will be Board drinks in the library during both discos for parents who would like to avoid hearing Old Town Road for the 50,000th time ... see you there!
