Last Wednesday Stanley Bay sent 2 teams to the year 6 netball zone day.

Both boys and girls were in the teams. It was a lovely day with the sun shining even though it was freezing. Both teams did really well and made the semi-finals. 

Unfortunately, that was where our day ended and both teams lost their semis. Each team played 5 games, luckily we were allowed to go to the tuck shop and buy hot chips and other food. But NO lollies or drinks - Mrs Pelham’s rules! 

Thank you to Mrs Biddles (our teacher who came) Miss Harvey and Mrs Pelham who did the organising and of course our lovely parent helpers and coaches: Sarah Ostergaard, Sandra Aitken, Emily and Sarah Finnie. What a fun day we had!
