Big congratulations to the years 4 and 5 netball teams who attended the end of season prize giving at Netball North Harbour on Monday night.

The Year 5 ‘Sprinkles’ team came first in their grade after winning the final game against Sunnybrae. A huge achievement, well done! It was a really enjoyable season for the team who were always supportive of each other, especially with a few players who were new to the team and the game of netball itself. The team also want to shout out to Mia V, who wasn’t at prize giving but was a key player in the crew.

The Year 4 team, who play in the primary schools competition on Mondays, were runners-up after a nail-biting final against St Joseph’s School with only one point in it! With several players in the team playing netball for the first time, the girls did incredibly well, working hard all season, always supporting each other, doing their best and making huge strides in their game. The close final was a wonderful way to end the season, well done girls!

The Year 4 Junior Netties team, who play on Saturdays, came first in their league, picking up an impressive trophy at prize giving on Monday - pop along to check it out in the office!
